Echoes of Creation – Version 1.1.2.0 Patch Notes
Update 1.1.2.0 comes with a number of Quality-of-Life oriented improvements to enhance your gameplay.
1 Quality of Life
1.1 Item Purification Improvements
- Item Perfection has been renamed to Item Purity
- Unique items, and non-Unique items which have been infused now display their current Purity percentage
- Items can no longer be purified while at 100% Purity
- Added Auto-Purification: A new button next to the Purification button will open an interface which allows you to select a desired Purity threshold for any item, and to view the estimated cost of success before beginning to automatically Purify that item until the selected threshold is met (or, until you run out of Arcana)
- The Purification button can now additionally be held down to chain-purify an item without accessing the Auto-Purification interface
1.2 Item Information Accessibility
- The tier text in the modifier header of any non-Unique item is now coloured yellow if it is a Tier 1 modifier, and turquoise if it is a Tier 0 modifier
- The icons of items which have a Tier 0 modifier now additionally have a slim, turquoise border
- After having found a Tier 0-modifier on a specific item type for the first time, it will be displayed in the modifier pool interface for that item type
- The enhancement tier of items displayed on the item icon now has coloured tiers
1.3 Other Quality of Life Improvements
- The Item Enhancement button can now be held down to attempt Enhancement repeatedly
- Added a new button to the Crucible interface, allowing you to toggle ‘Repeat-Mode’. While this mode is active, your character will repeatedly re-enter any selected Crucible Floor, as long as you have the keys available to do so
2 Other Changes
- The ‘Timeless Treasure’ challenge has been reworked to “Obtain a Unique item with 100% purity”
- The number of available Crucible keys is now shown within the Crucible as well
- In Floors 51+ of the Crucible, the Nexus Modifiers panel now correctly shows the final amount of Favour which will be gained upon completion
- The button which allows you to switch between the zone selection menu and the main menu can now be clicked while dead
- Modifiers of which the effect has been increased, e.g. via the Unique belt ‘Exoterism’, will now display their final value
- Further improved the delay reduction scaling between hits when hitting multiple times per action
- Improved the performance of enchanting, reforging, infusing, enhancing, and purifying items
3 Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the Tier 1 cast speed modifier on caster weapons was treated the same as a Tier 0 modifier
- Fixed a bug where during Floors 51+ of the Crucible, completion Favour would be gained when completing any Floor instead of only on the fifth, final Floor
- Fixed a bug where the modifiers “2% more Bleed Damage per 1% Effect of Shock applied to Enemies” and “2% more Bleed Duration per 1% Effect of Chill applied to Enemies” on the Unique dagger ‘Aetherrend’ would not stack when using two of them
- Fixed a bug where the modifier “+2% Chance to deal Double Damage with Attacks per 1% Effect of Chill applied to Enemies” on the Unique mace ‘Rimefrost’ would not stack when using two of them
- Fixed a bug where the modifier “Abilities gain additional Base Mana Cost equal to 4% of your maximum Energy Shield” on the Unique mace ‘Skysplitter’ would not stack when using two of them
- Fixed a bug where the modifier “When you cast a Spell, it is repeated once without cost” on the Unique wand ‘Ancestral Echo’ would not stack when using two of them
- Fixed a bug where the modifier “x% reduced Mana Cost of Abilities” on the Unique ring ‘Praxis’ was treated as perfect at its lowest roll value
- Fixed a bug where in certain cases, menus would not close correctly after combat
- Fixed a bug where triple digit Crucible key values would cause UI issues
- Improved on leaderboard-related issues
4 Ending Notes
Regarding future updates, next up on the horizon are gameplay-related improvements, namely:
