The following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the pre-registration campaign (“Campaign”) for the mobile application “Echoes of Creation” (“Licensed Application”) operated and licensed to you by Echoforge Games (“Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By participating in the Campaign via the Google Play Store, you (“You” or “End-User”) agree to be bound by these terms. Participation in the Campaign is subject to these Terms, our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) available at https://echoforgegames.com/eula/, and our Privacy Policy available at https://echoforgegames.com/privacypolicy/.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the Campaign.
1.2 The Campaign is only open to individuals who pre-register for Echoes of Creation via the official Google Play Store page in a country where the Licensed Application is distributed. Further, Participation in the Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Campaign begins on the date of its publication on the Google Play Store and ends on the official global release date of the Licensed Application (“Campaign Period”). We reserve the right to extend or shorten the Campaign at our sole discretion, except as required by applicable law.
3. REWARDS
3.1 Eligible participants who successfully pre-register during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) pre-registration reward (“Reward”), consisting of an exclusive in-game outfit (cosmetic only).
3.2 The Reward is:
- non-transferable,
- non-exchangeable,
- not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services outside the Licensed Application, and
- provided “as is” without any warranty, unless required by law.
3.3 Rewards will be delivered automatically to eligible accounts upon first login into the Licensed Application with an active internet connection after official release, provided that the pre-registration was completed via the same Google Play account used to download and use the Licensed Application with.
3.4 Licensor is not responsible for:
- failure to receive the Reward due to account login errors, reinstallations, device changes, or technical issues beyond our control;
- loss of the Reward due to uninstalling the app, account bans, or in-game penalties;
- failure to meet eligibility or technical requirements.
4. LIMITATIONS
Each eligible Google Play account may claim the Reward only once. Multiple attempts to claim the Reward by manipulating account settings, using emulators, or bypassing restrictions may result in disqualification from the Campaign and/or suspension from the Licensed Application.
5. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Campaign, Rewards, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice, in our sole discretion, except as required by applicable law. In such cases, we are not liable for any loss or disappointment arising from the change or termination.
6. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
By participating in the Campaign, you agree that we may collect, use, and process data necessary to deliver the Reward and prevent fraud, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include device identifiers, account information, country, and in-app activity.
7. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
7.1 The Campaign and Rewards are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 Licensor shall not be liable for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed transmissions that may result in failed reward delivery or participation.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction specified in our End User License Agreement.
